Hi Folks, I am looking for a recommendation for a Sports Massage in North West Dublin - preferably, Clonee/Clonsilla/Blanch/Castleknock.

Through Google, I've found "Aspire Health", "Ease those Muscles" and "Clonee Physiotherapy". But not sure if any of them are any good.

No injusry as such... just really really tired legs after a very long running week.

    Thanks
    Muppet Man.

Ok Iam recommending someone in swords not exactly in the area you were looking for but she is brilliant. She is a physical therapist and works out of energise gym in applewood 087 7903188.

Only problem is she advises no running the day after treatment well worth the drive out and will be a different person the next day

Vinny Mulvey is excellent. He's based in Tallaght so maybe a bit out of the area but you can't beat his running knowledge in addition to a really good massage.

Evan Scully is based slightly further out in Ratoath, he's a good lad and a very decent runner to boot (like Vinny Mulvey). Has done a great job on me in the past.

Vinny works in Ashbourne also and I find him really good.
