Summons for speeding with no time or speed!

Received a summons for speeding. The summons however has "was travelling in excess of 50km" with no mention of what actual speed I was doing. Also the summons has a date on which the alleged offence was supposed to have occurred but no time. My question is should a summons require a time along with date and the actual speed the driver was doing??

    No highhorse brigade please!
