Anyone have any experience with Austone tyres?

    Hi. My mechanic has recommended Austone tyres. Has anybody had any experience with this brand?

    There not too bad. Not as good as a dunlop/goodyear etc, but there most certainly are not bad for the price of them.

    Dry grip is decent and wet grip was surprising for a budget tyre. This was on a Corrolla if it makes any difference.

    In before the 'omg all cheap tyres are crap' brigade

    Thanks for the advice. It was very helpful. I've low profile tyres and the price difference for a mainstream brand is €30-40 extra per tyre so I was wondering if these would be ok to try.

    ^ that's a good site to look up before you buy, at least you can see what other people who have them think of the tyres.
    from my experience all mechanics and garages will say every tyre us good once they get the sale
