Frenglish Waterford?

    I am wondering if there is anything like Frenglish Dublin happening in Waterford. It is something that I would be interested as I would like to keep up my level of French (I have a degree). I am sure that between the Erasmus students and the locals that there would be decent demand for it. And with the town being quite mid-week, there is a good collection of bars and pubs that wouldn't say no to a few people having a bit of fun.
