I had a bike fit with James last week - absolutely fantastic, can't recommend it highly enough. Have sent you a pm with more details.

He has two options a basic fit and another more expensive bikefit on top of a special bike set up he has for my TT bike, so I went for the more advanced fit. What I thought was decent of him was I had mentioned that I had a road bike as well and he told me to drop it in and he would do that as well included in the price.

It was probably the wrong time of year for me to do it - just before xmas as I haven't been on the TT bike at all since, but I did do a duathlon on it last week and while I didnt have a Garmin on me I felt very strong and not a trace of discomfort in the back down on the TT bars

Been a while since I was fitted by him so not sure of prices. I'd highly recommend James though. Check out bikefit.ie
