    Hi all,

I have underfloor heating upstairs sitting on plywood and nothing underneath. I still have the opportunity to put insulation up against the plywood from underneath and Im wonder what is the ultimate best insulation I can put between the joists - is it foam aeroboard , if so what depth? and what depth is overkill?. I am really look for the concrete to hold the heat for as long as possible.

    Thanks in advance.
