    Hi,

I have recently been diagnosed with Diplopia and was using 3m Press-On Prisim Lenses (or Fresnel lenses) before I got glasses. I want to go back cycling and would like to source these press-on lenses for my existing cycling glasses rather than buying inserts.

Does anyone know where I can purchase 3m Press-On Prisim Lenses?

    Thanks.

Did you ask where you originally got your Fresnel prism? If that's not an option the opticians where you got your prescription filled should be able to help. If you get it elsewhere you'll need a prescription or a re-evaluation as they come in different prism powers and need to be properly orientated.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I got the origional fresnel lense at an OPD clinic, so it's not really accessible. I could go back to the optician where I got my glasses, but I'd like to have the flexibility to purchase them myself (cycling glasses take a lot of abuse). I have my perscription and I applied them myself the last time so the orientation isn't difficult.

I suppose I was hoping for a site like zenioptical to purchase these, perhaps they're not supplied retail?

Hey the distributor for Ireland and the UK is Haag Streit UK.

    They have an on-line store:

Ah, went to the cart and saw "Please note that currently Haag-Streit UK only deliver to the UK.". Also, no option for Ireland in addresses. :-)

When I emailed the Fresnel prism and lens co about getting them in Ireland they gave me Haag Streit UK's details as the local distributor, and provided me with order forms and Irish 2011 pricing for themselves.

The order form is available at
    http://www.fresnel-prism.com/order/
in the area that says "FOR PURCHASE BY NON-EYE CARE PROFESSIONALS"

Don't know what the cost would be for international delivery. What I was told was
Shipping / handling costs are based on the final weight of the order and the quantity – we typically ship via Priority International Post or Express International Post.
