I just wanted to start a thread to register my interest in being a Netflix customer. Perhaps they already know, from looking at trials versus conversions, how many Ulster Bank and other Visa Debit customers they should have.

I would sign up for full service in a heartbeat if I could. Genuinely dismayed that their marketing people didn't do enough intel on payment methods before launch.

Anyway, the reasons for it are well aired. Perhaps others would like to register their interest in being Netflix customers for 20c a day; whenever they decide to accept our good money in the form of Visa Debit (Ulster Bank).

ps I was recommended by Netflix Ireland & UK on Twitter to try another credit card. I'm not a Yank....

If you really want it just get a prepaid Mastercard like I did, not rocket science, I put 40 euro on (2.99 load fee) it which will last me 6 or so Netflix monthly payments then will top up again when I need to, have got huge value out of it since I joined. QED :) .

I've a UB Visa Debit, worked ok intially but won't now so I've since cancelled my Netflix account as a result. Don't really miss it either tbh.

Probably the best place to ask this,

can someone sign up to a free months trial with a 3v voucher?

Thanks. I've a 3V card, I was sure they didn't work, like with Paddy Power. I've two Paypal accounts, I didn't know that they work for Netflix? Thanks for that. Been so busy that, with their intransigence over a Visa Debit card and mutiple emails re closing my account, I just didn't look into it.

I suppose this post was really about showing them how much demand there is from Ulster Bank Visa Debit customers (I thought it was unworkable for ALL Ulster Bank customers).

Thanks for all the replies. Appreciated.

Ranks as the stupidest thread I've ever started (IMO). The MMA guys would have a different view :D:D

How I didn't cop that I could use Paypal or how Netflix on Twitter did not advise when I locked horns with them is anyone's guess ?!?!?

Thanks very much CMPunked. I'm back in business again :p
