Ok so hopefully this forum is the most relevant for this query...

Sitting the J02 Trust exam in just over a week which is provided by the CII (UK) I'm wondering if anyone has sat the exam and can tell me the length and structure of it. Strangely enough it's not on the exam permit. I believe it's essay style but no indication of the length. Would appreciate any pointers please....

    Cheers
    Lindsay

Hey OP, Is this more of a law question? There's a legal discussion forum I could move this too. There's also a finance and investments forum, maybe it could go there?

Do you think it's more of a law or a finance question? (since it's about trusts, I thought maybe it's about trust law?)

Either or tbh, the exam is forming part of a financial advisor qualification but it studies the legalities of trusts. Perhaps start with finance... my guess but hey i'm still only learning it lol

I'll leave it here until tonight, and then move it to finance.
