US-Dublin - best baggage fees?

Have to bring 2 largish bags (but within standard measurements and weights) from either Boston or New York to Dublin. Which airline offers best option in terms of additional baggage fees (if any)? Have tried similar recent threads but cannot locate anything this specific. All feedback welcome!

Just a matter of checking the websites. All bags are 23KG

United first bag free, second $70
Aer Lingus first bag free, second $60
Delta first bag free, second $80 (if checked in online)
American first bag free, second $60

So really there all basically the same.
