Hi. Looking to buy a starter mobile home and stick it somewhere in Clare ( somewhere quite like Fanore, SP, Quilty etc). Where is the best place to start looking when purchasing? What are typical annual site fees. Any help to get me started is much appreciated.

Fees could be €1200 - €1800 a year or more, a lot places were quite full during the good years and you had to buy your mobile off the park owners at inflated prices.

better off taking a spin around some sunday and call in person and ask have they anything available.be prepared to pay from 1100 to 18oo ground rent . you might also have to pay " hello money" of around 1000e and way over the odds for the mobile itself.
