Hey Ive a question on behalf of someone.

Can a person who is under 25 and lives with her parent, claim the whole e144 if her single parent is currently in full time education and had claimed JSA as-well before starting full time education?

    Thankyou

They could possibly get the full rate. It would be means tested on the parents income.
