Triggering a camera remotely !

I want to trigger a Pentax WG-1 with a remote, I am having problems fiquring out what pentax remotes actually work with this camera..

Like a lot of us I am happy to do it on the cheap through ebay, granted many remotes come up for pentax, but none for the WG-1,,

Now I know that it will take one, just not sure how to go about figuring out which ones ?

Any idea appreciated...

I did find this... take a peek at the price and I dont need the remote to be waterproof.. I just simply need it to work

hey sunny, according to a number of different sites the official pentax waterproof ir remote is compatible with Compatible with the Optio I-10, W90, K-7, K-x models so my assumption is the €4 ir remotes compatible with the mentioned camera models will work. It's small hit to just buy one and try.
