Deleting large gmail files using Mail on Mac

Can anyone tell me if its easy to find mails on gmail that are large and delete them all using Mail on Mac? Would I have to download all of the 50000+ mails I have in my gmail? Im running low on gmail space and there's a lot of jpegs in there that I cant imagine sifting through! Thanks a lot!

In Mail you can sort emails by size, so yes, this would be fairly easy to do.

Can you not do this using the Gmail web interface?

Nope, no way to sort your gmail by size using their interface unfortunately!
