Help with dvd writer

I have a problem with my DVD Writer when I try to burn dvd it wont work for me . I have try all convert that I have with know look it let me write cd and reed cd when I wont to put software on my computer but I cant get to burn dvd can some help Ken

Try burning a dvd with ImgBurn, if that fails to work your DVD media could be bad/dvd drive failing. Try use a decent DVD brand like Verbatim to rule out media issues and burn at half the discs rated speed, ie 8x for 16x disc, 4x for 8x etc.

Thank yoyo for your quick replay I have used ImgBurn with no look & ConvertXtoDVD 4 and it still wont work for me it was ok a few week ago would it be the drive for it Ken

Have you tried a drive firmware update? What brand of disc are you using? It could be your drive doesn't like a particular disc brand, what errors (if any) does imgburn throw?

Thank yoyo for your quick replay I got it to work I got a download call MicrosoftFixt.dvd.RNP and it got it to work for me so again thank Ken
