    Hi,
Have two female donkeys both in foal and one is much larger than other but both at same stage. I am wondering if she may be carrying twins. Anyone had any experience with donkeys with twins. Here is a picture of her.

It would be rare for a donkey to carry viable twins to full gestation. Has she not been scanned throughout?

No she hasnt been the vet looked at them and said both are producing milk and should be a few weeks but the other one aint that big. We have researched twins and it said they have higher chance so just thought about it. I hope she foals soon as we been waiting since we brought them (december)

    cheer
