    is there any starting 0ut tips ,ruky mistakes that begginers make ,weird rules in boxing that we wouldent really know about ,

    1. Wrap your hands, always.
    2. Get proper gloves,sparring and bag.
    3. Warm up properly.
    4. Keep your hands up.
    5. Dont over extend when punching.
    6. Use bags correctly, uppercut bag bodyshots and power. Lighter bags speed and workrate more foot work.
    7. Use the mirrors if available great for shadow boxing and improving technique.
    8. Goes without saying mouthguard headgear always protect yourself.

    three very very important tips in bold here. also cool down after every session to aviod or at least minimise the stiffness over the next couple of days
