i dont have plans but threw one together out of a window regulator motor and quickly found out that the motor wasnt strong enough .so have it out and have a wiper motor to replace it with.made the arms from threaded bar which i cut in half and welded a nut off to the side of one ends so i could just bolt it together. then used a flat piece of steel bent in a C shape and slid motor into it.then welded threaded bar under to push into ground .i think the best way is just to go at it and freestyle it!! and keep everything light as this should enhance motors life
