Conservatism in Irish Rugby ( Who is dictating ?)

Is the IRFU or coaching staff to blame? I think that the Irish coaching staff are pressurised into winning games at the cost of developing new players. Why are people surprised when Eddie o sullivan and Declan Kidney pick the tried and trusted ? Is it not the IRFU that are driving this conservatism?

You need another option in your poll.

You are assuming you have covered all options, maybe neither of the above is true.

After seeing Leinster today you have to wonder how Kidney is still in the job.

Warren Gatland has a Kidney voodoo doll and is getting his revenge by rendering it incompetent.
