Restaurant in Terenure for birthday

    I would like to choose a restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday. As I'm not from Dublin I'm finding it hard to choose. I have narrowed it down to 2 in Terenure, JD's Steakhouse and Vaughan's Eatery. He's a big steak fan so thought JD's be good but seen great reviews on Vaughans, especially about the chef. Anyone local have any inspiration on this? Thanks

    smiley, this reply is a bit late going to you so I hope the birthday dinner hasn't already happened. If not, I'd 100% recommend JD's steakhouse, ate there a while ago and have been thinking of going back again very soon. We got it on one of the citydeals specials, it's actually on menupages deals today and am buying it. The food was excellent!!!
