A lot depends on the initial project you are reviewing. what aspects are you looking at?

    Good Point:

    Typical Project:

Mech./Elec. Engineering projects in medical device design iterations.
    • Derivative Product variants
    • Solutions to design/manufacturing issues
    • Continuous Improvement projects.

Basically anything just short of a full new product introduction
    • Typical project last 3 -24 Months, average 6 months
    • Multidisciplinary, average number n project team, core team 8, extended team 20
    • International, 2-3 countries usually, between corporate, local and vendor
    • Weekly team meetings, bi-weekly report out to management.

Innovative / best practices appreciated for Project Lessons Learned / Project Closure Review, what works for you?
