Reminiscent of a choose your own adventure book, this hot chocolate is served in three parts, a chocolate ganache, a jug of hot frothy chocolate milk & some homemade marshmallows. Its up to you how you put it all together!

Its hard to resist a spoonfull of the ganache before adding the hot milk and the marshmallows are so light they melt on your tongue!

It was soo nice to find a coffee shop that takes its time to serve up a drink so nicely.......although we did get carried away and perhaps over did it :D

Needless to say I was a little ill afterwards as its always hard to stop at one.....

This fab hot chocolate, along with some devine cakes can be found at Brother Hubbards on Capel St beside the luas tracks! Apparently it opened 3 weeks ago & NO before anyone asks....I dont work for them, I was just blown away by their hot chocolate & decided to spread the word!

I wish them the best of luck!

I had a similiar Chocolate experience in Kerry!

It was in the Strawberry Field restaurant/dining place in the magiddacully reeks! Myself and my girfriend drove to tralee for the weekend and decided to venture up the mountains, we came accross this place in the middle of nowhere, they specialise in pancakes of all descriptions, i had chocolate with babys marshmallows and strawberrys, unbelievable!

I havnt tried your sugestion yet but i am guessing i have a contender for you!

Hi Fi H it looks delicious. If it is not a rude question how much was the best hot chocolate in the world? Will give it a try the next time I am in Dublin.

The guys in BH are doing a great job - I photographed the place a week ago. They have Hasbean coffee and Bruno Ferrer Silva working the espresso machine in there. And some great snacks coming out of the kitchen. The Super Seed Bars and Smores are top notch.

I think it was €3.60, the price got hidden amongst the tea & cakes we also had with it :D The stuff seemed to be all reasonably priced so I dont remember it specifically!
