We have converted our attic to provide two square rooms. On either side of the new rooms we have storage areas that run along side the rooms. This area gets very cold in the winter and I was wondering the best method for insulating. My thoughts would be to use kingspan boards or similar in between the rafters of the roof but saw recently the silver thermal blankets being used. Any suggestions as to best way forward appreciated.
