    I thought some of the people here might be interested in this. Some breaking news and live coverage of a Military Jet crash into a residential area in Virginia beach.

    Someone injured, I don't think any fatalities, pilots ejected.

    News is currently reporting a F/A-18D assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 106 crashed into a apartment complex. Both Pilots ejected and are in hospital with minor injury’s. 5 People who were on the ground have been hospitalised but no reports on their condition yet.

    amazing when it all goes wrong ! wheather it is man or machine that caused the accident , how quickly evereything happens .Must have been catastrophic failure of the aircraft in some shape or form.

    Both crew ejected safetly !

    the best safety device in any aircraft is a well trained pilot !

    In the aircraft, yes. Not very safe for the people on the ground.
