    Nope, but I think it was used as an expression of surprise, as in the saying.

    I knew a girl called Janey MacCarthy and we called her Janey Mac. Apparently she was decent in the sack but the lad who told us didn't have the highest standards and we couldn't figure out if he was identifying her as his bed partner or was just amazed at who he did sleep with.
