Vo2 Max Testing

Hey all,

I'm just looking for information on VO2 Max testing in Limerick?

I'm really interested in getting the test done, just to see where I am and a little out of curiosity too:D

Anyone ever get it done themselves?

They do it in UCC and Trinity so maybe the PE department in UL can help you.

They also do it in WIT as well.

If you're in Limerick i would inquire at UL to see if they're still testing members of the public. They definitely have the facilities but not sure if its still open to the public.

UCC or WIT would probably be the next closest locations after that. I recently sat in on a test in WIT and was hugely impressed with their set-up and their attention to detail.

If all else fails you can always come up to us in Trinity! 60 euro will get you the VO2max test including a full pre-trial medical and blood test. BARGAIN!!!

You also get to walk around half naked whilst dry retching, sweating profusely and dripping blood. Who wouldn't want to do that?
