Anyone in the Kilkenny area looking to take up road cycling? Our beginners spins are aimed at complete newbies to road cycling. They are held every Monday at 18h50 starting on the 16/04/12 outside the castle gates. The first two classes are practical ones. After a couple of weeks you will be required to join the club and Cycling Ireland for insurance reasons. If you require more information just ask here as most of the committee members are boardsies

Just to bump this as it's starting Monday, you can contact myself here or there's a number for Johnny on the poster.
