I'm on my holidays in France at the moment, so I've changed my control panel time zone to UTC+1. It adds the necessary hour when I'm viewing a particular forum or thread, but not on pages such as http://www.boards.ie/?filter=forums Is there a way for times on http://www.boards.ie/?filter=forums etc. to use my CP settings?

Also, the dates on those pages are formatted mm/dd which totally confuses me. I've come across this old thread saying there's a limitation in vBulletin. Is that still the case?
