digital switchover

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the digital switchover this week..bought a new free view box, set it all up and tuned it but only receiving BBC channels, the signal is not strong enough for the rest of them so the picture is all "blocky" and jumping..tried retuning and manually tuning but no joy, still…

I emailed the digital people and they just sent out a generic response to get an ariel specialist to take a look..Just wondering if anyone else has had issues or has any tips before I start forking out for anything else..
