Advice on adjustable stem please

I got a Richley adjustable stem for my road bike as I want to drop the bars for clip-on TT bars. However, it proves to be a pure pig to adjust regularly - it has to come apart completely including the steerer clamp part.
So, I need a recommendation please on an adjustable stem that is cheap, light(ish), easily adjustable!! (and 100mm if anyone has one for sale)

Specialized do an adjustable stem. There's plenty of options and it's really easy to switch around..

Thanks Polariz but they are not 'adjustible' as in having a hinge in the middle - ie steerer and handlebar clamps need not be adjusted. It's not always clear from the ads if steerer clamp has to be opened to adjust

I was hoping to get one of these but I need a 130mm stem length, I thought you just loosen the bolt in the middle & changed the angle, if this is the same as the one you got it sounds a bit more involved to change the angle?

Yes, that's the one. And no - its not as simple as I thought either. As I said, you have to open the steerer clamp completely
