solar filling pump south east

    hi there

    I have just installed a solar dwh unit by myself. I have filled the unit with glyco with a homemade hand pump from an old sprayer but i have quite a bit of air in the system ( s/s flexi pipe) does any body have a electric filling pump that i could hire from them for a couple of hours on know any one that would hire me one

    No hiring adress, but:

    With air valves/ventilation valves installed correctly there shouldn't be an air problem.

    Some of the plumbing suppliers are hiring out the pumps now. just phone around a few of them. There's one in Tallaght just of Greenhills rd.
    Also you could put an automatic air vent on the system. there's a good one available though not cheap .
