There alright! I got mine off an American guy in arnotts and I notice the difference. He said he wears his ones all day in work but I only use mine when out running.dont think I could wear them all day

If your going to get them get them from someone qualified in this area and not someone just working in a shop.

I spent 350 on mine teo years ago and it changed me from running 1 day with 3 days off to being able to run each day.

Talk to your physio and also get proper gait anaylis done in one of the specialists running shops.

I havent bought them but do have a couple of pairs in the bin from customers.

If you need custom orthotics get assessed and fitted by a specialist. Well Shod in Monasterevin is a name I keep hearing where people are especially satisfied with the fitting. You local physio is a good start if you need them.

BTW why do you think you would need insoles?

Why would people bin them? The guy told e I had 30 days to get my money back if I didn't like them

I went to a physio in the end and got them there.
I'm just having a bit of problems with the shins and knees, hopefully they'll do the trick
