    I'm sure most butchers would have them. I hear they're popular with the Polish community, so there should be a market for them.

    I don't know about pork knuckle but I'm pretty sure that you can find camel toe down in Masons on a Saturday night.

    Widger's at Michael St
    (Kelly's?) Butcher at Waterford Shopping Centre, Lisduggan
    Polish Butcher at Bridge Street, opposite junction with O'Connell St

    Roasted knuckles served in SuperValu, sometimes Tesco Lisduggan.

    The polish resturant in o'connell street does a brilliant pork hock cooked in a beer gravy with cabbage and horseraddish sauce.
    Drooling at mouth now.:pac::pac::pac:

    I must take a trip down there. My love for these knuckles started in Prague last year on holidays, got one of them and just loved it.
