In the UK it is illegal to sell for inhalation as it caught on a few years back and was banned.

I'm wondering what the status is in Ireland?

    Cheers.

Doubt you can sell it in shops, but I bought (and someone was selling me) some balloons of it at EP last year, in front of a Garda. Five feet away from us, looking, but didn't care. So...
    Maybe just some EP leniency?

In Ireland it is currently illegal to laugh! The government are doing all in their power to eradicate any such outbursts, personally I feel a laughter tax (or laughter levy) would be a more advantageous venture for all concerned,I mean they've given us so much to laugh at of late (if it weren't so serious)

    :(

NoS is present as a propellant in most household products, especially whipped cream. I'd imagine possession is legal, sale may be another kettle of fish.

Exact opposite happened to me at EP last year. Few of us bought a few balloons of it and just after the lads who sold it to us left where we were camping there were two guards straight over and took them away!
