Vodafone pay as you go - no customer service?

Recently went from bill Pay to pay as you gO. Tried ringing 1907 as per website- number out of service I have also mailed my query 3 times in the past week and no reply. Any ideas? Thanks a million

1907 is only for post-paid/billpay phones.

For pre-paid - From a mobile: 1747 (15c/call)

I tried to ring 1907 as a bill pay customer to cease account and port to a new network.
Referred to web site, contact via web mail only.

"We aim to respond within 5 wroking days to this email" More like 10.

I thought 3 was bad
