Boss-BR600 issues

I have had a boss 600 for the last 18 months and found it brilliant. However, when I went to use it yesterday, my recordings are only playing on one speaker only! I have checked every setting that I am aware of with no luck. It doesn't matter if I use the built in mics or an external mic or whether I play back through speakers or headphones, I only have sound from the left channel! All help greatly appreciated.

Your not alone Colm! Have you tried changing leads or connections to the speakers?
On mine last week all the bass frequencies have disappeared/distort on playback and some tracks that were centred now only play in the left channel.
I was trying to put something together last week in a hurry and it seems I pushed the little machine too far. Does anyone know where, or if, they can be fixed?
I hope you (and I) can get someone to help.

I have tried everything! I posted this in April 4th and you are the only person to reply so I am not exactly expecting a flood of answers! I hope I figure it out soon as I am beginning to miss my Boss!!!!

I e-mailed support 3 days ago but no reply yet so will call them later and let you know what they say. Here's the link to Roland Ireland
I was at a demonstration by Alex Hutchings last night and a rep for Roland called Aidan was there but unfortunately didn't get to talk to him. I'm regretting it now..
