    Hi All,

my JSB is due to end shortly and I'm wondering if its worth my bothering to apply for JSA or is it important to (am considering becoming a SAHM)....my husband earns €50K gross and we have 3 children - will I even get any JSA?? We have about €20k savings....can't figure out if we'll be entitled to anything from all the calculations.

You may not get any JSA payment, you should ask to sign for credits these will come in handy in the future ie:- pension time.

My partner gets under 20000(now on less than half what he used to work for) and i have being informed that i will just get 120 per week with two small kids. 20000 in house arrears. You wouldnt consider swapping places..i would be in heaven

you wont get any JBA But you could sign up for a course and you will still keep your payment try your local vec and you might get going in sep a VTOS coarse is great its for 2 years and you get free childcare and its not means tested.
