Keepers: Kicking Tee or Cone?

Which do you prefer for taking kickouts and where do you buy it?
I like a cone but i want to try other things. I have used the GAA Puntee with the green threads but I dont like it at all, after a while the threads wear down and its hard to place the ball on. I've gotten a yellow card for time wasting simply because I wasn't arsed spending another 30 quid for a new tee. Has anyone tried a rugby tee? and would you recommend any?

I'd advise either the yellow PUNTEE kicking tee or these - http://www.sportech.ie/our_brands/sportech_access/kicking_tee_gaelic.html

The ball sits lower on them aswell gives a better trajectory.

Any idea where the kicking tees in the link can be got? They appear to be a distributor only.

Yeah I use the yellow puntee kicking tee and I find that it is the best for getting the right trajectory on your kick. The others are ok too but they leave you open to skying or skewing your kick off to the side.

i searched them and they sell them here: http://www.thegaastore.com/product-p/teteespor.htm
they seem to be shipping from the united kingdom as all their products are priced in GB Pound.

you could be waiting a while for the one from the GAA store - nearly 100% sure thats where we ordered ours, over two weeks ago iirc. It has come into the ladies game that you can now kick using a tee from the ground or from the hand for the kickout, and I'm in favour of it. I think keeps will be able to get more consistency with their kicks

The sporttech ones are available in shops alright - off the top of my heads I'd be fairly sure they are in Heatons. There is no standardised tee for football according to the rules - so you can pretty much use anything!
