Are there rates charges for agricultural buildings like barns?

Hi, we've an old wreck of a building on some land and are thinking of putting a corrugated roof on it as we cut logs and grow fruit from there. Are there rates charges for agricultural buildings like this? And when is a building ratable - is it based on its use or does it have to have a certain level of finish, such as a roof?
