Applying for my licence back

    Was banned for 2 years for DD.At the time of sentencing the judge said I could reapply for my licence after 2/3s of the sentence was served.Was wondering if anyone could advise me how to go about this,do i apply to the courts,the guards or the somewhere else.

    The ban has to be for more than two years. You need to look at the court order and find out exactly the ban was for.

    if it was a 2 year ban you will have to serve the 2 years off the road, a lot of judges give 2 years and a day when the solicitor requests it, with this it can be got back after 2/3 of the ban done.

    Kossegan where would I get a copy of the court order was sent something by the court after the trial but can't seem to find it.thank for the replies by the way
