    I've an S2 which i'm running lite'ning ROM.

I've noticed that every so often the SD card unmounts itself for no reason. Sometimes it could be after listening to music.

don't know what I can do to fix it? It results in having to turn phone off/on to get the card mounted again.

    Any suggestions?

Clean the card as I had the a similar issue where my phone wouldn't even acknowledge the SD card and a good cleaning sorted it.

Make sure there is no dust inside the card slot also.

Those air can sprays for cleaning keyboards are great for that.

I use to get that on JB a lot but on the ICS update the warnings just stopped.

Any other ideas about this lads? I cleaned the card, removed it and that but still it unmounts itself everyday and doesn't remount automatically, which means I have to reboot the phone in order to get the sd card mounted again. Very annoying in fairness.

Would appreciate any more insights into fixing it thanks.

Check the ROM's thread, if its not dirt, thats the likely cause.
