Transferring data from xbox slim to another slim

    Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm thinking about buying the limited edition Star Wars Xbox and trading in my current model. Is there a way of transferring game saves, DLC and downloaded games from one Xbox slim to another? I tried finding a transfer cable but to no avail. Is the USB memory stick transfer option only for moving a profile and game saves? I want to avoid having to download all my games again, especially original Xbox games that are over a few gigabytes in size.
