    been trying to get thru all night.first it says im 24th or whatever in queue.then after a few minutes eventually im next in queue,then it says disconnected...seems they have made changes to their live help.looks different too...anybody had any luck getting thru?

    This is terrible.

    I was waiting 20 minutes before I gave up last night and at that stage there was still 30 people ahead of me.

    For a company that had in excess of E100m profit last year they can afford to hire another customer service agent.

    Its better to ring them.

    Whatever is happening there, the customer service has been deplorable in the last few week. The live chat is constantly at a high level, currently at 85 and i am waiting my turn. I have sent 7 emails on 2 issues over the past 3 weeks, and never received a response.
    I threatened in my last email to close my account and go elsewhere, and i get a free bet the next day, but no response to my email.
