I need an extra bedroom and the only option I have is to get a Wall bed installed in the livingroom. The bed will be used every night.Do wall beds work?
Is it a good long term plan as we cant have another bedroom.Advice or opinions appreciated.

Why dont you buy a large 2 or 3 seater "sofabed".

Its going to be alot of work and remodeling of the internal wall to fit/install a wall bed into the wall.

It will actually take up more space to,as you will have to bring the internal wall out to meet the size of the wall bed when its turned up.

    Sofabed for the win here.
