    Hi

A client of mine had a case of corporate governance and is looking for some help in complying a case for the relevant authorities.

All expenses will be fully refunded and your time well paid for.

If you are interested pm me.

    Thanks

Be aware that a person not on the Solicitor rolls is not a person issued a practising certificate nor would they have any professional indemnity cover - doing a case ' on the cheap ' has the potential to be a very expensive mistake.
How would you propose to ensure this individual has the skills needed ? - they certainly won't have the experience.

As you mention it is a client of yours, are you a professional eg an accountant, if so you could instruct a fresh barrister, who may be willing to look at the matter. I think for DPA the issue must be non contentious.

I'd be a little cautious here given that you're talking about "a case of corporate governance" and about "complying a case"...

It would suggest that you're (and no offence is intended by this) not professionally competent in the area.

It would be a very, very idea to engage work in this way from many perspectives (including insurance).

    Your client needs a solicitor.
