Hi,

I'm a female mature student (34) with two rooms to let in my house in Tirellan, Galway. I have one large room for 280 p/month and a smaller one for 250 p/month, plus bills. There is off-street parking, fast broadband, large Sky+ TV, separate study, living room, kitchen, front & back garden, two bathrooms, electric shower, oil central heating, real fire in living room. There is lots of storage in the house. I also have a cat but he lives mainly outside. The house is 20 minutes walk from City Centre, five or ten from supermarket, fast food, cinema etc.

I am ideally looking for professionals or mature students.
