    I don't follow the point about Opressive Moderatorship.. the point of most of the measures made on the site are legal protections. Libel, Slander, etc. being what they are I could make insulting remarks about Plowman and they could in turn potentially sue me or the website for those published remarks. Nevermind for the added benefit that personal insults are just not all that enjoyable to read and we're better off without them anyway. Though I apologize to all the cranky internet warriors who have been banned over the years because they lacked the ability to say things without vitriol.
