Calculator for reducing Mortgage term via increased payments

    Hi, I have a Mortgage with AIB which has balance X

    I recently got a decent pay rise and want to invest some of it to increase the payments.

    My target is to own the house outright before im 40. At the current payments, it would be 43.

    Is there a calculator tool online to check how to adjust it in this way?
