Rest days

    Hi guys,whereas i know the importance of rest days,where im getting stumped is where to take them? Ive seen conflicting views on this.Some say take one after your LSR,others say do a recovery run after LSR.
    Views please!!
    Currently im doing 5 days Mon,Tue Thur,Fri and LSR on Sunday-30/35 miles pw.
    Where would ye put rest days? Cheers in advance

    Like yourself I also run 5 days, I normally take Monday & Friday off, These are the days before my 2 hard interval sessions....

    I try to run everyday except before races. Running the morning one day and the evening the next is as good as a rest day to me.
