Tight Connection Time Between Flights

    A couple of questions,

I'm looking at booking a return flight from Dublin - Copenhagen - Bangkok. I'm booking both legs in one go through Expedia, but the airline is also offering the same flights (SAS), but €50 dearer.

Anyway, the connection time is only 50 minutes in Copenhagen. Would this be enough? I've been to Copenhagen Airport before but can't remember how big it is. As a passanger it'll probably be enough, but what are the chances of my luggage making the connection?

As it's booked in one go, I'm guessing should I miss the connection through no fault of my own, SAS would have to get me to Bangkok one way or the other?

Do you still have the same protection booking through Expedia as you would booking directly with the airline?

Thanks in advance for any help!

50 minutes in Copenhagen should be fine. I once had 20 minutes there due to the Dublin flight being late and I was still sitting at the onward gate for 5 before boarding commenced. Luggage made it too, which I wasn't expecting.

I prefer booking with the airline directly as it cuts out the middleman for any changes before the day, but either way on the day, SAS is responsible for looking after you should a problem arise.
